Service Description: <div style='text-align: left;'><div><div><p><span><span>Public Map service for</span></span></p><p><span><span><a href='https://waterworks.phoenix.gov/'>https://waterworks.phoenix.gov/</a></span></span></p><p><span><span>The CIP information is on one polygon layer that contains all of the projects. Some of the projects that are in various locations throughout the city are in a multipart polygon. One record attached to a number of polygons. To make the layer be more dynamic a web page is available that enables the PMs to make updates to their projects for phase, start date, end date, and comments. </span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Planned – Planned is approved and funded but work has not begun. Start and End dates may be a fiscal year or years. For example, Start Date 7/1/2019 and End date 6/30/2020 or if it was for multiple fiscal years Start Date 7/1/2019 and End date 6/30/2022.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Design – When the Project changed from Planned to Design the Phase is updated AND the Start Date /End Date are revised to reflect the most current estimates of the project. Start Date will be the first day of Design and the End Date will be the estimate of when the project is to be completed.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Construct – When the project construction starts the Phase is again updated. Again the Start Date will reflect the start of Construction and the End Date is be the estimated project completion date.</span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span>Complete – The final Phase and the End Date are updated. </span></span></p></div></div></div><p>Layer is being used in the public WSD CIP website.</p>
